One of our daughters figured out our child psychology at an early age and said, "Don't give me choices! I don't want choices!"

Only one Dave??
My Adamas 2 1682-2 wide neck.

Why??
Because this guitar sounds so great, so easy to play and because this is the only one that you really want... :D :D :D

By this way, I've got some hopes to have the pleasure to see you again in Paris in the next future. ;)

J :)

Yeah, I noticed a while ago... figured he just asked the question, then started thinking about it... and has been sitting in a corner in the fetal position drooling since he imagined himself with only one guitar.

Oh yeah, I guess I did forget to answer my own question. Limited to Ovations only it would have to be the FD14. Maybe not THE best sounding guitar I own, not THE prettiest, and CERTAINLY not the most versitile. But all things considered the whole package is just "right". If you know what I mean. Plus I feel kind of responsible for "discovering" the first one around here way back when all of you guys were asking WTF is an FD14. I bought the first one on a whim sight unseen and sound unheard just because it seemed to have the right ingredients. The rest is history. Dave

That's like asking Monet or Van Gough to choose one color. Impossible.

He made his choice. That reminds me to learn more of "Vincent". I'll be perfectly happy to play it on my non-deluxe 1614.

Dave, I'm not suggesting that you are predictable, but there are as yet undiscovered tribes in the heart of the peruvian jungles who saw that one coming.

Paul, Not everyone here is as sophisticated as you and I. As elder statesmen of the OFC we need to throw the newer members some low hanging fruit once in a while. In other words, bite me.

In Arkansas, when a husband and wife get a divorce, are they still legally cousins?

Tough choice. Since I am mainly a bass player, I would have to keep my 62 Jazz. Why do they go for such big dollars? Cuz they're worth every dime.
If I could keep an elec 6,too, I would keep my 60 strat. It was the first good guitar I ever bought.
As far as Ovations (or any other acoustic), I would keep the "Book" Elite. But I would dearly miss the Anniversary. I could change my mind on this one.

Oh Boy maybe I can find a bargin like some of the other guys. All I ever find at garage sales are those leisure suits we used to think were so cool. :(

Pawn shops are no better all I see there are over priced Celebrity's
