That head will do a great Ac/Dc-Marshall type of overdrive. A few friends of mine have them and i've heard it thru a 1x12,2x12 and a 4x12.With A pedal in front of it its actually a great little recording amp.

. . I was referring to the CaseStretcher.

This amp sounds like it would be good mic'd to the PA in a small club situation, que no??

Slightly back on topic - anybody ever play thru one of the Epiphone acoustic amps? I always thought they looked really cool.

My member number is close to equaling my posts. Maybe, I should reincarnate myself, like tuppy, or, do a self-therapy, and have a fresh start. Mmmh. My computer generated name, an4340, just has so much personality.

It has been shown that you can edit your screen name while maintaining your post count. Might be the way to go!

How would this amp perform with a hollow body?

Saw Toby Lightman open for Jewel at Wolftrap this Summer. She was using an Epiphone Valve Standard from this line with an acoustic and it sounded fantastic--and was plenty loud, too.

My Epi Vinatge Valve Jr. arrived today. I farted around with it for about an hour with my 86 Japanese Strat. I am very impressed with both tone and volume...

I picked it up in anticipation of ther Hamer Ecotone arriving, for a little blues noise. I think the two will make a great combination for pluggin in around the house.

It's very well built as well. For under 140 bucks, I'm a happy guy.
