The dual site thing seems to be working out well for me. The forums over here are easy to use and familiar. The new media stuff over there is nice as well and I like that I can use as little or as much of it as I like. I get these "please be my friend" emails from people that I've been friends with for years which is rather odd. But other than that so far so good. I've been porting all the old standingovation and tupperware photos into their proper directories.

I would prefer a single site (the new one) but I will continue to use what is provided and be happy with it. I certainly would not want the grief and headaches that Miles and Al deal with so I am just happy to be. I have made many wonderful friends through this site and I am sure I will continue to make even more (through both sites).

Thanks for the efforts, sorry for the bitches (both the old ones and the new ones sure to come), and the continued progression of the OFC in whatever shape or form it will ultimately morph into.

Hey Dave, you notice that I haven't asked you to be "my friend"? What does that tell you?

I have responded to no friend requests, nor sent any.

I just don't know how to make the buttons work and don't want to punch the wrong one, unintentionally insulting someone. I prefer deliberation.

I'm a deliberated kinda guy

Did this thread get un-pinned? It was seen floating down the list.

I'll say. You like it so much you've joined twice? (that is, unless someone 'stole' your "StandingOvation" tag.)

Phil, the unfortunate thing about the new site, is if you want to PM someone, they have to be in your 'friends' list. It's just a word. As everyone says, we're all friends already. It took me a long time to get over my aversion to the 'friends' thing. In this case, it's just a word.

Apparently "Tupperware" has risen from the cyber-grave also...

Just moving the old galleries for standingovation and tupperware to the new media area.
