Location: SoCal | The Aussies have been in all our wars since WWII. A pop singer, Beccy Cole, has been criticized for going there and entertaining their troops, USO style. Her references to "tear me off the wall" refer to the criticism she is receiving for her going to "the wrong side of the world." Her song puts it all in perspective.
By the way, a "digger" is an Australian Soldier.
