Ok, the forecast seems to be improving! It looks like this seemingly never ending rainy / gloomy stretch may be over just in time!

BTW: In regard to the Def Leppard / Journey show lat night. I must admit that Journey was very impressive. The singer that they had sounded just like Steve Perry and the band played great. I forgot how many good tunes they had back in the 80's. Def Leppard was OK I guess, I just get tired of bands who fill every free moment of every song with screaming guitar solos that all sound alike. Anyway, not a bad night of music at all.

I'll see ya'll later!

If there are any W597's there, can someone do a side-by-side with JW's custom? I'd be very interested in hearing some thoughts on that...

Sudden lack of information....either everyone has passed out on Cuervo or Tuppy killed them all with his Uke playing!

Well a good time was had by all. High light of the evening was 'Midnight Train to Georgia'

We got Tupperware trashed and put him a on train to Altlanta....

Thanks to everyone, especially our Hostess, Amy who open her house and arms to the miscreants that are us...

Guitar reports to follow... There were some stellar axes in attendance....

Many thanks to Amy, Kim, and Cliff for putting this together. Thanks also to Dave, Moody and Temp for making the long distance trip.

It was hard to miss Amy's house. This was the tree in her front yard:

Here's the guitar's that we had a chance to enjoy (many provided by Kim and cwk2):

What a get together! GREAT acoustic jams.

I'm sure that a whole lot more photos will follow.

Derfinately a good time, good people and excellent hosts. They even made the weather behave. Oh, and lots of great instruments. I think the award goes to the Viper, the one parked on the street. Really nice ride Bill.

Moody's winging his way home (SafeHome,Mate!) & MasterWitko is on his way to witness the trouncing that the Yanks will give to the Sawks that he got rained-out of on FridayNight . . .

Hope all fellow travellers made it home safe from the soiree'(THNXagain!!).

Taking our visiting British friends up to UncahBeal's Mountain, but they have to be washed&fed first. . .
Looks like another glorious day weather-wise, so it should a good day t'be up in 'netticut & look at shiny boxes that make a lot of racket.

I've got a TON of great pics, but no time to re-size them right now . . .
Will try when things return to normal(?) . . .

Pearl is going to bring my film to the lab on Monday. I gave her a list of instructions for the film.
1-no prints (should speed up the order)
2-transfer negatives to disc-largest resolution possible
3-do not cut negatives

John and Brad,
Yesterday before leaving for the party I got the official okay to get a digital camera. I don't want to break the bank with this purchace. I'm looking at the Nikon P3 8 meg, WiFi capable, about $370.00. I'm open to sugestions. I would like to start at the 8 meg range.
