Bobbo, great that you'll come again! This is gonna turn out to be a super cool time. Does anyone really give a crap if they learn anything at the clinic? Not me. I figger $200. to meet up with a bunch of my guitar buddies for the weekend is a small price to pay. I bet we haven't heard the last from the european guys on this subject. Dave

This old dog will probably just frustrate Matt's attempt to teach new tricks, but what the hell. It's a great excuse to live the Animal House lifestyle for a few days. Bill, just don't let anyone sit on the stairs of the Fla House playing "I gave my love a cherry" with one of your guitars. Especially the '39 or the wormguts ... I think I liked those two best.

Dave, as always (well for the most part...well, time to time...once in a while....THIS TIME!) YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! I have to concentrate and I am so not able to do that...this is going to be cool...I hope Temp can make it!
And SWMBO was (as always)wise and could see the writing on the wall...now, who's up for Golf on Thursday: Beal, where should we play?

:D ;)

No. The $200 is for the clinic.
The initiation involves wet towels, a 6 iron and a wolverine.

Anybody ever get sent out by the band to buy left-handed strings? Or a left-handed capo? How about picks with the logo on the back side? Have you ever been told that the cable you bought with an angle connector on one end was, unfortunately, backwards and that what was really needed was the angle connector to be on the other end!

No, but the farmers in North Dakota thought it was fun to send this kid from the big city in to the parts store to buy spark plugs for the John Deere.
Then there was the bar in Alberta where I went in to buy the 10 pack of Molson (because they were on the metric system). (One of my 2 Canadian beer stories.)

OK, I'll be the dummy to ask...

I don't get the John Deere joke. Why would you NOT go into a parts store to buy spark plugs?

I know I'm setting myself up for something.
