I was going to pop into the office for couple of hours to take care of some last-minute things, but now with CL's sh**ty news I may reconsider. Don't want to take the chance that I'll get roped into something!

Sometimes work interferes with our life. I know that when I'm sitting at the funeral service, I'll be thinking of all the fun I missed because I put it off, thinking that I'd do it next year, or when the kids are grown, or when the house is paid for or when I retire. At least the gal who died didn't have any regrets or unfulfilled dreams as far as I know. Sorry, I always get morbid at funeral time.

I know at least one who absolutely does not know what he is doing other than trying to stay awake.

It wanted to screw up my weekend, but I wouldn't let it. Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice putting together a wind song to make it all work out, but it's all working out.

The bopping is all work related so I'm still working on the tired phase ... the retired piece comes later. Besides it won't be the right dream until my bopping involves being pushed around the countryside by 3.6 liters.

The trip back was ruined by a deputy in Nevada. I did trips to Wisconsin and Texas before that. If I was retired, I might drive to North Carolina this year, but I'm flying so I don't take so much time. EDIT: Has anyone else noticed the lack of activity on the board now that all the hotdog posters are heading to Amelia?
