Location: Boise, Idaho | It doesn't matter what your swing looks like, Beggin, it's how you hit the ball. If that's a problem, too, then go back to trying to swing pretty. Do a search on YouTube for Charles Barkley's golf swing. It is the ugliest. There's a clip of Tiger doing an imitation that's pretty funny, too.
The guy down the hall is one of those that says he plays poorly when he's only a couple over par and regularly hits it 300. He played in a tournament this weekend with a former football kicker who squatted like he was about to take a dump just before he swung the club. He was hitting 340 on his drives and could also hit a high soft wedge and back the ball up. It's not how you look. Better advice: just practice your putting. |

I figured I could stay home and play golf and guitar all weekend, but it looks like more of the same crappy weather. This never happened until Dave started spending time here. |
