High of 66 and breezy today, chance of frost tonight. It's a cold wind blowin' all you northerners into town. (Wait, there's a lyric in there somewhere).

Oooh, not good, moody. They usually tell people here with bad hay fever to move to drier places like Cali. I washed my cars this weekend and the driveway turned yellow from all the pollen.

I played my "song" 5 times last night. Made it twice without forgetting the lyrics. Oh well. As you guys know from my posts here I'm pretty good at making shit up on the fly and having it sound half believable, so I'm not too worried.

Golf on the other hand there is no escaping from the obvious. A shank is a shank. Played yesterday in Tempe in the low 90's (score, not temperature) but that was without counting any penalties, lost balls, tivo rewinds, etc. It is what it is.

I was reminded last night that Sunday is my wifes birthday. Crap.

90s is good. You sound like a natural golfer to me. I'm withdrawing that offer to go golfing with you, Dave. I can't stand being embarassed by someone who hardly ever plays and still beats me. Of course, I always play great when I don't keep score. I had a great round yesterday. I ate brunch at the golf course and never made it back out. Watched the pros on TV and shot a 0, didn't lose any balls and never broke a tee. I kind of missed the walking, though.

Played my song a bunch over the weekend and decided it sucked and started from scratch so not only do I now not know the words but the music is also lacking.

I think I'm just gonna put together a two chord 2 string power chord kinda song and let it rip.

Howling animals will be extra.......

You didn't read the whole thing. I probably had another 10 penelty strokes which I refuse to count based in principle.

Sounds like me. I count the first one and the last one. Then I add in the average of the rest divided by which hole it is. If that comes out to less than 3 (unlikely), I throw in one more, just to be fair.

I read the whole thing, added a few strokes, and still think you did pretty well, unless you were playing on a par 3 course. I'll retract my earlier retraction of the golf invitation, though. You don't have to keep score. Just don't get us kicked off the course.
