As you guys know from my posts here I'm pretty good at making shit up on the fly and having it sound half believable, so I'm not too worried. Golf on the other hand there is no escaping from the obvious. A shank is a shank. Played yesterday in Tempe in the low 90's (score, not temperature) but that was without counting any penalties, lost balls, tivo rewinds, etc. It is what it is. I was reminded last night that Sunday is my wifes birthday. Crap. Dave

I can't stand being embarassed by someone who hardly ever plays and still beats me. Of course, I always play great when I don't keep score. I had a great round yesterday. I ate brunch at the golf course and never made it back out. Watched the pros on TV and shot a 0, didn't lose any balls and never broke a tee. I kind of missed the walking, though.

I think I'm just gonna put together a two chord 2 string power chord kinda song and let it rip. Howling animals will be extra.......

I'll retract my earlier retraction of the golf invitation, though. You don't have to keep score. Just don't get us kicked off the course.Originally posted by Mark in Boise: You didn't read the whole thing.
