I wanted to test the new poll feature and a thought that came to mind was to figure out our age demographic.

Jeez.
This is a question that's been posed to me a LOT lately . . . unfortunately, it's been asked with varying degrees of "sarcasm" by various women in my life (Jeanette, my daughter, my ex-wife, barmaids at gigs). . .

Are we talking physically, or mentally/emotionally??

Physically: 49 (as of yesterday). ouch.
Mentally/emotionally: It varies on time of day, and whatever form (and quantity) of "marinade" might be available at the time.

btw Miles;
So far (as I can tell) the new "features" are pretty cool! Great job! Thanks!!

Thanks, John.
I was gonna stop by your gig last night, but decided against it with all the snow (d'you guys even play?).
Besides, Jeanette was at home making me dinner, so I opted to do the (ahem) "mature" thing.

. . . this "gettin' old" thing blows! . .

WOW, just voted! Looks like forty something is the popular place to be! And I did't even have to lie about my age to be part of the "IN" crowd

Actually we decided to pull the plug last night. It takes me 45 minutes to get to that place in good weather (with traffic). That's a bit to far for me to go in a snow storm.

I thought for sure that most of you guys were older than me...and though I just qualify for the 40something league, it seems I might need to adjust my self image.

This is showing a pretty narrow demographic! Maybe we need to recruit.

Hey Mooody if you are 1/3 into your lifespan then you will have enough time to learn 6 more chords.

Hey!!!!
Are there only old farts in this Fan Club???
Where are all the rest of the young 20-something, free spirited, guitar people?

(Says Erlend while he's shivering by the fear of turning 30 this year).

Take a trip to the nearest home for elderly people and find out how much wisdom you get out of their alzheimer-brains.

And the older you get, the slower your fingers move, your hair starts turning grey, rinkles start showing up in your face....

Nah....I think I'll stick to being 29 for a decade or two more. And honestly, I still feel like I'm 22. :)

They're over at the Taylur and Mard-tune boards, not being experienced enough to see through the hype.
