hey quick fire round here from ur friend in england:>>

do you ovationeers ( seee what i did there!)prefer natural colour guitars or non-natural colour guitars.

my preference is natural

now clearly colour makes no real difference so try and answer it as if you were ordering a custom made ovation and the guy on the phone said: hey dude what do you want it to look like? blue or something?

tell me wqhat you think!

I really like the honey-burst and autumn burst. But my two acoustics are both natural. Go figure.

I saw a sunburst Elite LX last night, absolutely beautiful. I also really like the Burgandy Legend LX and the black balladeer.

I have a cobalt blue Adamas CVT that gets smudged if you so much as talk dirty to it. I love the guitar, but she's a messy little thing. Should have been sold with a bottle of Windex and a roll of paper towels. Natural guitars stay cleaner (at least you dont see the smudges) but that's kind of boring dont you think?

Given a choice, I would not choose natural.

my guitars:
1617 sunburst
1613 natural
cv 68 black
UK II black
Tele red

Actually, I had no choice on any of the above.

Full enhancement of the wood grain is a must. The Vintage or Nutmeg is very nice. The silk in the AAA Spruce on my 1778LX is absolutely Fabulous!

Put me down for Artificially Natural!

I always thought that my favorite was natural, especially if the wood is figured like watefall, bearclaw, birdseye, etc. BUT I just LOVE the look of my 6778LX in NEB. It has two claw marks bookmatched on either side of the lower bout. Just beautiful. Of course, the tuxedo black textured look (ie, no fingerprints) of my 1778T with a set of dark phosphor bronze Markley Alchemys is pretty cool too! :D

This is just way too hard a question.
Just get one in each colour.
