The rest of the world is starting to appreciate the bargain that Ovation products have been.
But now they are buying them, dammit and the price is going up.
I couldn't be there for the last hour of an eBay auction for a set of Deacon Pups and such. I thought $100 was decent and I bid at $175 thinking no way it would go that high. I get home and I am highly dissapointed.
For every up market there will be downtrodden. :( |

Location: Upper Left USA | I have no interest in vearing off the Ovation assembly line just yet. There are too many flavors to taste. If I found that I liked Fenderers that would open up a huge market for my obsessive tendancies.
Better to dabble in these obscure discontinued lines of self indulgense. |

That's what the biggest majority of electrics on eBay are, Fenderers. That exactly why I wouldn't buy one. Maybe if I was given one (fat chance) I would try it, but probably wouldn't keep it. I'd trade it for another Deacon or Breadwinner. :D JMO |

The other Deacon is a 12 stringer and it ain't goin nowhere (specially to Jeff's house!) :D |

This will be an opportunity for someone to grab one of my usually overpriced guitars for a good price |
