Location: Phoenix AZ | OK, get the darts ready. I don't know why I even post this stuff. But this is my newest guitar and I LOVE it. Yeah, yeah, I know you can buy an Ovation that kicks it's ass for 1/3 the price. Sure, whatever ...
For those interested this is an OM-42 with 1-3/4 neck, rosewood back/sides, gold weaverly's, double bound neck, gloss everything, plenty of inlay work, fishman eclipse blend electronics.
Yes, I still love Ovation and Adamas more then ever. But this was a guitar that I could not pass up.

Actually Dave, I don't think anyone here resents your asundry affairs. If you've got the mula to spare, more power to you. Just don't forget the protection.
Remember, Ovations are forgiving but be sure and clean up before you go home. |

Not to steal your thunder (yeah, like I could ever do that :rolleyes: ), but I may have a non-Ovation purchase of my own to reveal here within the next 24 hrs or so. It's a guitar I've lusted after all my life and it may finally be within my reach as of tomorrow. I've already gotten the blessing from my spousal unit to place the order, so all that's left now is to call the dealer in the morning and git 'er done... Stay tuned.
In the meantime, enjoy that OM, Dave; she's gorgeous! |

It's no dread, but volume and projection is very good. Much better than the Howe, which is a small 00 body and skinny neck (although the Howe has a lot of mojo).

I want to thank you for your diverse instrument interests. That is a well decorated instrument. I still don't like pickguards but I would love to play it.
I'll also thank you for being fully clothed when you photograph reflective objects using flash.
