I am going out for a Blackened Prime Rib tonight. Im a Meduim Rare Prime Ribbing kind of person . It needs to be red on the inside and slowly turn to a grey as reaches for the blackened seared outside of a 2 inch thick peice of prime Rib.

Joined: March 2005 Posts: 1421 Location: Orange County, California | I know my meat. My relatives asked me to grill the Tri-tip we had for Christmas, even though I don't eat it anymore (well, I may cheat a little). I like the sirloin or the strip for flavor. I can actually tell whether the cattle are on field grass, corn, feed grain or hay just by the taste of the meat. Most commercial grains have so much $4it in them, the meat tastes like metal to me now.

We have all been exposed to a FART in our lives. I gotta say that vegeterians have the worst case of "" BAD GAS "" that I have ever been exposed to. This maybe another O.T. poll question Which is the Worst ??? A Human Fart A Dog Fart A Vegeterian Fart GWB

What about a vegetarian dog fart? And you forgot cat fart. and i wanna know who'd they hire to taste this stuff, anyway?

Now I think I'll play my Ovation.
