It's been hard to do without but now things are back to normal for Sundays.
Play golf in the morning, come home and watch the Nextel race and switch over to the golf tournament. After that it's time for dinner and bed.

LOL, trust me, NASCAR is about the last thing I would ever watch on TV.

Here's to 40 weeks of normal! Should be a very interesting season in most series this year. Racing season for me started three weeks ago at Daytona with the 24 hours.

Lucky for me, my local Nextel race requires both left AND right hand turns, and he who pits before the yellow usually wins.

Makes it easier on the remote thumb when F1, Champ Car, ALMS, and IRL are on the tube.

I was coming home from a gig Sat morning, and on Sirius they said they just debuted a NASCAR Channel.

wtF??? . . .

I could watch it on TV (for about 10 mins.), but to listen to it on the radio??? . . . I don' think so . . .

Cliff, if you aren't into listening to NASCAR on the radio, perhaps you'd prefer the NASCAR-themed Harlequin romance novel series !

I'm a motorcycle racing fan* more than NASCAR fan, but I have to admit that watching a guy finish the race, on fire, on his roof...then neatly flip back onto his wheels, and calmly (if somewhat urgently) climb out of his still flaming car...and then remove his gloves and casually toss them back onto the driver's seat...well that was one cool scene.

* Valentino Rossi's racing in recent years has been simply spectacular.

If you're into it, you're into it. If not, you probably don't get it. No problem,(just like any sport, isn't it?). I really only watch a few over the season anyway. It sure beats basketball, baseball and football. Now I'm sure that will draw some fire!!

They last 50 laps of restrictor plate racing is some of the best action anywhere, but the drivers hate it. I'm not a nascar fan, but I do know that much!

March Madness, anyone? I really enjoy college basketball, both guys and gals. Until the world rights itself, there's always guitars to play. :D

Nevada mens team #10 in the country, projected as high as a #3 seed, I have a feeling this is a once in a lifetime team out of Reno.
