Comparing to you all, I don't dare to call myself a collector since I only own "-10".

However, the quantity can't measure how we love the round back guitar, right?
So I decide to share my guitars here.

-10 = (-5) + (-5)
 just kidding about the number

They are Adamas 1587-5 and 1581-5 :)
The Black Beauty !

Adamas is beautiful and wonderful guitar.
I'm glad to own some.

Beautiful photos.

Question for the experts: The model 1587 cutaway adamas I seems to be the same model number for the single epaulet version and the double epaulet version. Is this correct? If so, were they ever available at the same time (same years) or was single epaulet on certain years and double was other years.

I have never seen an Adamas I 1587 with single epaulet only Adamas II but I'm not an expert.

Thanks Dave and Stephent28 for your comments.

I would love to know the answer of Dave's question too.
What i know is they, adamas I single and both epaulet, share the same model number, which is 1587.

But I have no idea about the year of build.

Beautiful! Those Adamas 1 & 2's are the best stage guitars money can buy! They sound great, comparable with any of the high end traditional guitars, they play great and they look like nothing anyone has ever seen. This is what Stage presence is all about, You need to sound good you need to be able to function easily to pull off those hard songs and you need to have a look of some type.
These Adamas's fill the bill nicely.

Great guitars V74!!!
And your pics are wonderful.

If I'm right, Adamas cutaway with double epaulet were not available before 1994.
I don't know if both single and double epaulet were available at the same time??

That 1587-5 is gorgeous but I don't see it on the Adamas site. Have they stopped making that one? Who else here has one? Will somebody be bringing one of those to the Tour? Can someone puh-leeze stop the gas???

That's the spirit, Weas.

I'll try to arrange for someone to stand up at the end of our set holding #47, look right at you and shout, "Fiddybucks?"

Ok, so a little research says that they stopped making the 1587 in '97. Do these come up every once in a while or are they a pretty rare bird? I can't say I've ever seen one.
