Location: Corvallis, OR | OFC is a site that actively discourages debate and comments about the Iraq war, which is taking American lives on a regular basis.
But when the life a a pet is taken, comments and debate are OK !
Apparently, pets are more valuable than people. |

Location: closely held secret | 4fingers, there are plenty of sites you can go to to discuss and debate war and politics, if you are so inclined.
However, if you go there and make ludicrous arguments like the one stated above, they will eat you alive.
Somehow I doubt debating Iraq on an internet board aimed at Ovation guitar owners is going to save many lives. |

The idea is to keep the main topic of the site, Ovation Guitars, as exciting and as enthusiastic as possible. Preamp choices, rants about website updates, sticking GC TRC's on everything you own are all fair game. bring it to a high furver.
Let me add bad spelling to that.
If you want to argue politics or Socio-religious values please go enlist the appropriate venue.
The occasional snow story, Pet food warning, Llama's storm the White House story is a diversion and should be minimized.
Try www.seattlepi.com and let your voice be heard!
Personnaly I applaud your conviction. I wish there were more people in Seattle that could make stinking decision!

Facts are facts, and you can't argue with facts.
Fact 1- The Iraq war is "off limits" on this site,(including American soldiers losing eyes, limbs, and their life)
Fact 2- Discussion of pet deaths is OK
fact 3- No one has submitted a logical or impressive reason why this is so.
Fact 4- The best submitted reason why I am wrong is that "people dont agree with me."
Fact 5- The facts can speak for themselves.Are you willing to step up to the plate and take a swing at facts ? |

Location: Hiram, Georgia | I don't think anyone on this board is pro war, and I'm sure every one here would like to see our young men and women come home today, the question is how to wind down from a situation this country is already deeply entrenched.
I have elected representation in Washington DC debating this issue for me, I'm not going to waste the precious resorces of this board (which someone else is paying for) to debate this issue.
