Just a first stab at it, but check out:

http://www.takaminegallery.com

This work in progress will be a tribute site to the wonderful Takamine EF75 guitar that has been raved about on this board.

If you've got something to contribute just let me know.

Dave

PS: Look for Collings and Martin sites coming soon. Rather than pollute the Ovation Gallery with these crapppy wooden boxes I figgered they needed a home of their own.

Tupp, your pics really look excellent. Nice home page. It will be interesting to see how many non-OFC owners jump in on this.

Are you just looking to register any available guitarname+gallery domain? :)

Looking forward to seeing your work.

That's a beautiful tak. I look forward to seeing your other gear. Martins are definitely the big kahuna of guitar collecting, there'll be lots of competition (and fun) there. As far as I know, for taks and collings, people generally buy them for playing, so the time may be right to start collecting them. Good luck.

As I understood it it is just the FE75J model. Or is there a selection committee Dave?

The bottom of the page shows the site is dedicated to the EF75J.

Yes. They hold clandestine meetings in far away places.

If these clandestine meetings are all expences paid, I'd sure like to be on that committee! :)

Cliff, cliff, cliff ... That is WAY below your usual standard of witiness. But if you MUST know, the majority of my guitars don't even HAVE pre-amps. Dave

PS - since this thread is about Tak's, I must add that the palanthanic pickup and direct out pre-amp they put on the EF75 is VERY, VERY nice.
