The 1 3/4" neck is a subtle but noticable difference from playing Moody's #3. I present #9 for your viewing pleasure: The acoustic's in the empty house are simply awesome. It's nice to know the furniture (read: other guitars) will arrive sometime next week but for now, these two have the house all to themselves. The Tornado is visiting friends right now. Tim

We wound up stopping just outside Nashville on Thursday and pushed through to Durham on Friday night. We finally made it into Virginia on Saturday afternoon. There's always next year or you can swing up and enjoy the pool next time you're in NC. Tim

Only baby pink will perfectly match baby blue. ;) By the way, please don't forget - to all OFC owners - to post a picture of the carbon case, as soon as they have arrived. Thanks, Kurt

I think it could just be the difference in the strings. I have EXP16's on the 47 and they definately have a different sound from the 1717's. I know that for me, the extra width allows me to hit the chords cleaner with my big fingers and not get some much accidental muting. Guitar rich, furniture poor...I like that :)
