The English (rosbeef) and French (frogs) teams are going to play the semi-final of the Rugby World Cup tonight in Paris. Most of you in USA can't imagine how it's important to win tonight! It's always fantastic to fight against the English because it's a great team and our "best enemy" since a so long time. We don't forget that you burned Jeanne d'Arc in 1431 in Rouen!!! ;) The French team is ready and I'm ready too... :D Good luck Schroeder (and to all the guys from UK). I'm sure that everybody will watch the TV tonight from both side of the channel. J :) PS: the red french beret comes from USA... :D

And I don't suppose a draw will satisfy either side. ;) I've got it--I'll just watch American college football. Good luck to both of you.... --Karen

I'm very disappointed but it's the game. :( I sincerely wish good luck to the English team for the final!!! The beer was good, I was with some of my good friends and it was a very good evening. Rendez-vous in 4 years in New Zealand... ;) J :)

Like I told Beggin, I think my next one will be a washtub, a piece of rope, and a broomstick. (or a kazoo, as he suggested)

Jerome has a ticket for the Final - imagine if the Superbowl was held only once every 4 years and it was a world championship that the whole world could enter.... (an alien concept to you guys, but try)

They got their little blue asses kicked by a better team. [Wink] [Big Grin] The French are surely arrogant but the English are... English!! Sorry, my English is too poor to find the right words to tell you what I really think of you and your team!!!! :D :D :D I've got a question for you Schroeder. If I can find a free ticket for the final for you, are you ready to take the train to Paris and to stay with me for 2 days??? I'm very serious and even if it will be very very hard to have this ticket, be sure I'll do my best if you can be there. Arrogant?? For sure because I'm French (and proud to be French) but I'm not a person who holds grudges especially with a S.O.B like you... ;) I'll be so happy to have you at home during this weekend. Just let me know if it's possible for you to be there. J :)

I will be on holiday in Belgium with the family. Do you know if Eurosport has coverage? I would never have agreed to go on holiday if I'd thought we had any chance of making the final.

A Frenchman, Englishman and the Pope walk into a bar.... I can't remember... Anyway, it was a nice offer Jerome (and a very clever way to lure a Brit into a good bludgeoning)
