This was the guitar I thought was going to help me learn finger picking. Unfortunately, it's been an exercise in frustration rather than music for me. So I haven't been playing it very much. Comes with a nice Ovation case as well. Price = $1475 + 1/2 of shipping fees (about $25). See the attached photos and let me know if you're interested. Thanks. https://www.dropbox.com/s/gbia4ry97uyzx2j/DSCN0370.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/5x2tx8fdqpcw9si/DSCN0371.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/prms7uem0x3t2hw/DSCN0372.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/fu6amtpv2puv0vw/DSCN0375.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/wcnp9hgeuvgdm0i/DSCN0376.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/bq44u1pw29yqgnv/DSCN0377.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/mm8dis70zju6p49/DSCN0379.JPG?dl=0

This is another wonderful instrument at a very reasonable price, but can anyone give me an advice which of mine I should give up? Sometimes it was very hard to decide.

And about my ´82 collector...this guitar was recently extensively re-built by John Budny and looks like new, plays and feels great, I love the sound of the old A-braced guitars. If I would give this away I surely would go for an old custom legend soon, I´m sure.

No. Do you have a natural top Ovation already? Probably, but let's say: No. Do you have one with a tortoise rosette and very special binding? No. Do you... No! That's how I always ask myself before adding a new guitar to the herd, and it always helps to let me buy it. Without letting another one go. Best regards, Kurt

Somebody buy this already.

I know there are several that are on the fence. Let me offer it up this way: - Make 3 payments (1 per month) of $492 - This totals $1476 - I'll pack your FD-14 away and never play it again after I receive your first payment - I'll pick up the shipping in the Continental US - Overseas and Canadian shipments will have to be quoted. That's as easy as I can make it for our members. This is the type of guitar you can't just give away but you can make it a little bit easier to buy.

Never enjoyed parting with such a phenom guitar as I did working with Vince....a really great guy. Donation made to the OFC.
