Joined: November 2004 Posts: 1374 | looks like a modern day interpretation of the Nakao series... probably built as a limited run for the Japanese distributor as they did then. that Legend looks great! and I'm not a Koa fan. the outlined Abalone epi's on the Elite are interesting. and the way they do the new inlay work I'm sure it's seamless those are nice. The bottom one would look better (to me) if it had the multi colored wood epaulettes with the abalone trim. The abalone by itself is a bit boring. Koa LOOKS nice. Ive never played one, but reviews point to it as a darker (duller?) top wood. Make mine a nice tight grained spruce. | ||
