I'm just the squeeky wheel lookin' for some grease. How about bringing back the old style silver foil lables??? Emboss a picture of the Mothership on it if you like. Better yet, use foil lables on the USA models and paper lables on the Celebs. Admit it. This just makes way to much sense.

If I see the labels, it's because the guitar is on the wall instead of my knee and something needs to be done about that. As far as I can remember, Ovation has better labels than any other manufacturer. I look at those when I'm trying to figure out what kind of guitar I'm looking at.

More so than other make of guitars. On wood box guitars you stick a tanish color paper lable on some tanish color wood and that's just fine. However with an Ovation you have that pitch black bowl color. Any lable on that type of backround stands out. Add to that the stunning Ovation rosettes which acts like a picture frame and you can see how, more than other brands, the eye is drawn to the lable. Have I made my case???

She doesn't care about the label and if I see the label it means I'm looking at it instead of playing.Have I made my case???
