The manufacturer of this widget sent me a note and is offering a discount to OFC members who are interested. Ovation Guitar Standing Stabilizer I'm not sure what the discount is, but I thought it was a nice gesture and told him I would make this announcement. He didn't want to just come on and have his first post be hawking his product, but I'm guessing as a player he'll start posting soon. How can he resist???

We'll see if I still like it in a month. This changes everything. I'm no longer thinking of selling my LX to buy a contour. Thanks Tom.
