Work and other commitments have kept me away and I apologize for my lack of participation in the welcome committee. I hope all is well with everyone. Having had the privilege of owning this piece of Ovation history for a while, it's time for someone else to join the club. 1687-8 #0041-97. I paid $10k plus shipping and that's what I'd like to get, but I'm open to offers. I can take new pictures if you like but I doubt I can improve upon the pics on Jerome's site: Original Slothead #41 . Includes case, case cover, and lots of documentation all the way back to the original bill of sale. Sounds like a $10K guitar should. Feel free to ask questions. Nick

You and Ovation go back a long ways and its great that you'll now have a wonderful piece of the Adamas model history. You deserve it. Now, about that yardsale . . .

Nick has been great and it will certainly be well taken care of by me and my family for a long time...I have a lot going on at the moment (and for a few days) but plan to get the list up for sale here first...and yes, Brad, it's a cherished piece of Ovation/Adamas history and it's an honor to be the caretaker for a while...stay tuned for the yardsale list...
