The didn't appeal to me, but I sure appreciate Ovation continuously proving that they were thinking out of the box. If they didn't use that for an advertising slogan, they should have.

Any chance you'd be willing to let me have that? I would frame it and hang it in the room.

This brings up the old question "If your House caught fire and (after all the people are out) you had just enough time to grab one guitar... " With all those Flame guitars would you be able to see them if the house is on fire? Just sayin...

Honestly I'd have to grab one of two guitars, neither of which are american made or worth much of anything to anyone but me

I really liked what Ovation was doing in 2005 and 06, when I just started on this board and they had some nice sales brochures. Edited by Mark in Boise 2012-04-20 1:19 PM

I have seen a red one with a painted bowl once, that was pretty cool, but I'd scratch it up. I play the hell out of all of them. They aint just for lookin at : )

More like kelp from a scuba divers point of view Well they are certainly not a realistic looking flame, they are definitely stylized. If they were real looking flames I wouldn't like them near as much. These look like 60's hot rod flames. I believe that's were the inspiration came from anyway.
