Rumours abound, that with the recent success of his re-issued 1960 album -
"How Far Are We Behind With The Television Payments Mother ?" The one and only
Dicky Heart could be set to reform his band, The Palpitations, with some of the original members.
The first single to be released may be "Laugh..... Ah nearly blew me pipe out"
Is it likely that a signature Tambourine could be issued in his honour ??

Old Farts Club. You're about 6 months older than me, Schroeder.

Well, to be honest - I'm feeling a little left out, as there seems to be quite a few posts featuring someone who knows somebody who knows someone who's cousin is in a band that someone knows that is supporting someone famous. And to top it all, we've got a scientist on board.
I just thought I'd stick my 2 cents worth in !
I am actually a part time scientist myself - Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

So, why do you think Andrea and I so different then?
The mention of Captain and Tenille reminds me of the duo I formed back in the 80's -
The only difference was we were called Captain and Toe Nail.

Cheer up, Mark and Schroeder--I'm older than both of you. 55 day after tomorrow--I'm not going to be one of those women who lies about her age; I figure the only one I'd fool would be me, anyway. ;)

Happy Birthday, Karen. One of us must have miscalculated or misread the article on the Andrea Dorea. I figured Schroeder was born in 52 and you, me and the Andrea Dorea in 53. I hit the double nickle next month. I used to think that meant I could retire, but that's not feasible.

M-I-B - if the Andrea dorea was launched in June 1951 and it's younger than me how can I have been born in 1952?

Old farts have bad short term memory. I thought it said it was built in January of 53, but that was its maiden voyage. Sorry to short change you a couple years Scroeder. You are way older than me. You must be like,...ancient.
