KINK FM radio in Portland sent out a promotion announcing upcoming concerts for Lyle Lovett, Chris Isaak, and a super special mystery artist that you don't want to miss... This mystery artist is represented in the graphic by an Ovation with a question mark over it. Any guesses who it could be? Is there anybody out there these days that is truly defined by playing an O? Kaki was just here last week, so I don't think it's her.. Here's the graphic... This is a radio station that plays the likes of Lyle Lovett and Chris Isaak, by the way, so I don't think it'll be Motley Crue ;)

Caught both of them along with Guy Clark and Joe Ely last year where they all shared the stage for a "guitar pull" where they would trade off playing their songs. Lots of fun.

Maybe split the time into thirds? Not sure. I've seen Lovett twice though and would see him again anytime.

I think she can really write a great lyric and melody, has a great voice and plays a pretty mean 12 string. Yeah, there's all that other stuff but, frankly, I could care less about that. I've got a few discs of hers and wouldn't hesitate to buy others if I thought she was maintaining the level she's put out up to this point.
