That's a nice necklace.

I didn't know who she was until last summer when my niece came over and watched her show. It was one step away from pedofilia but presented by Disney. Probably a big money maker, but weird.

Is this some of that artist endorsement we've been pining for the last couple of decades? I'm doing my best to keep my daughter away from the merchandising machine that is Hannah Montana, but this beats the snot out of the SEVEN guitar!

Now this is an excellent marketing ploy, if Fender/Kaman/Ovation had anything to do with it. She has, what, half the world of pre-teens watching her every move? Nothing better than for them to see her holding a top shelf Adamas.

If Kaman didn't have anything to do with it, they better make something out of it. I agree with Patch. She's money.

Brandon Jane, a girl i used to play guitar for and still sometimes write with did a short TV tour with her. Goood Morning America etc. Brandon mostly was there to sing backup but also played some keyboards and guitar. The gig payed really well and she was offered a spot on her national tour but she was starting work on a new cd and also working with her sister in their new band and had to pass.

The marketing at Walmart stores alone is unreal.

Fretboard looks well worn. Wonder if it was her daddy's?

Wow... promotion don't get much better than that.
It would be even nicer if it was thought out rather than just dumb luck.

I guess any publicity is good publicity ...

Although I have to wonder how many adult males will want to be seen playing a "Hannah Montata" guitar.

Will Adamas guitars, gay epaulets and all, now be known as 'chick' guitars? Melissa E., Kaki King, Hannah Montana ... Will they give Daisy Rock a run for their money.

Dear God, where is Bernie Williams when we need him.

Whoa, Dude... That's a pretty guitar! My daughter really likes the flowers on there!

She asked, "Can you play 'True Friend'?"

Best Ovation marketing score since The Partridge Family! ;-) ...and she wears it like a fashion accessory, not unlike David Cassidy.

No, It probably went something like this.

Photgrapher " Hey,I think Miley would look good with a guitar slung over her shoulder" "Prop man, do we have any guitars in the back"?

Porp Man disapears for a couple miniutes. Comes back and say "Will this cheap plastic one do"?

Photographer " Well if thats all you got I guess it will do'!
 ;)

If she trying move away Hannah Montana its time for a real Guitar. I would try to get her as an endorcer and pronto.

Better Yet get here and Billy Ray as endorcers.
Then a father daughter limited edition.

On Lost, Hurley has been lugging around an Ovation case all season.
I'm looking forward to finding out why.

Actually, if it really was a prop and not her's, it was likely well thought out and chosen for it's unusual looks. I knew an advertising prop mistress...

I also knew a "food artist" from my days singing for McDonalds. But that's another bizarre story.

What an amazing coincidence! I used to sing for McDonalds too.

No, wait, actually, I used to sing in front of a McDonalds, by the curb.

Never mind......

Seriously: that is a FANTASTIC endorsement by a teen idol. BTW is that an early 90s Adamas I (1687-5)?
