Here I am, playing Patch's Patriot:

Here are me and my newest addition, the 2002 Collector's:

Hey, these aren't sky photos, but they're okay:

I had a really good experience dealing with Patch. I would not hesitate to buy anything from him again.

Today, I took to the studio where I take my lessons. My teacher and another teacher played this guitar. It made me think of a family reunion -- a lot of times babies seem to get passed around at family reunions!

BTW, much to my embarrassment, just realized I need to change the date on my camera!

Thanks! I have wanted an Ovation for so long. It is really great to finally own one!

I have a feeling that Ovations are like Lay's Potato chips -- you can't have just one!

Michelle,

There are too many here that took that first 'taste' and came back for many more!

When Patch listed that one, I commented that I saw lava flow. What a beaut!

Congrats and now wear it out!

Iffy, this guitar has renewed my energy! I have actually set a date to do another open mike night. I have given myself exactly one month to work on stuff for the open mike night. I'm thinking about working on some John Denver stuff (again), but want to learn some of the basics of a Jim Croce song.

WOW! What a nice guitar....if I do say so myself. ;)

For the first time in years, I had to remove a guitar from my signature without knowing what the replacement (replacements? ) might be. But I'm schemin'....yes I am.

It was just a matter of time and finding the right guitar! I've been wanting an Ovation for a long time.

I wanted to know how to get started on "Lover's Cross" or "Working at the Car Wash Blues".

I'd like to get my hands on a Legend. Or I can start praying for a Preacher or a Deacon. Would love to at least try a Storm series guitar or a Glen Campbell or a Josh White.....

Two of the Croce songs I don't know. I should learn Lover's Cross. I really like the guitar part.
