After years of painful investigation, we could ascertain the true criminal on the Lennon Case.

He was found here!

OUCH! Kinda reminds me of Harry Chapin's "6 String Orchestra", only not as good.

Alllriiighty! My guitar and vocal instructor has finally made the big time. I just knew he would. He says I have a ways to go but to stick with it... I'm so encouraged!

Well, Iffy, I must confess: When I saw him, I thought of you. I was sure you would get a confidence boost seeing this guy performing.

8This reminds me of two stories/Artists..

1. While Rod Stewart has turned out to be quite the star over the years... I really would like to get to know the genius that heard his voice (pre-Maggy Mae) decided THAT was the voice of what would be one of the most popular singers ever.

2. David Byrne was told by his high school music teacher that he would never have a career in music. It is my understanding that to this day (well at least up until a few years ago) David sends that teacher a thank you any time he gets a grammy, number one hit, or other accolade for his accomplishments.

Ya just never know how someone will turn out.

Actually, Nat Cole still remains my favorite american performer to sing in multiple languages.

His pronunciation may have always been off, but he always made it sound good.

I have yet to see a video or hear a recording from any here who have criticized this individual. He may be tone deaf and has the guitar skills of a third grader, but he has more cojones than you lot.

Ok Jas! That´s a man talking! If you need some songs, you can browse them here.
Just click on the letters in the orange strip and choose your artist, then any song. Many of them have some reference to a youtube video where you can learn the song.

I knew I'd regret writing that ...

Point was/is that it's usually a lot easier to poke fun at someone than trying to sit down and do it yourself. I'm sure we have multilingual people here that can do it. I can't, which is why I'm not going to criticize the guy in the video for making a good try of it.

Don't. I found the guy on the video accidentally, browsing the top videos on the site.

He is already some kind of local celebrity.

When I watch a western, I don't count the bullets. It spoils the fun.

What language is he playing his guitar in? Although I did like his version better than my Uncle Vinny's at cousin Laura's wedding.

I agree with Dave and, as much as I hate to say it, TUS. I'd never have the pills to do something like that.

You've never held onto a guitar long enough to do something like that, TJ...

Since when does posting a video take cajones?
I agreed with Dave at first, but then I thought of all those Latin chants and hymns I had to learn as a kid. Never knew what they meant, but at least I could sing on pitch.

You know, I clicked on that link to watch it but got side tracked by a suggested video of the Key West Bikini fashion show at Schooner Wharf Bar...
