I know all of you have seen this guitar many times before! But in order to quench the thirst of those who need pics, here are a few! Small scratch on headstock that I didn't notice before!

I hope I did that right??

Very nice guitar and pics. I'm too greasy for black guitars. They show too much. You might be able to polish that scratch out. Looks like someone caught the end of a string on it.

Any recommendations on what to use to try to remove the scratch?

For Poly finish you can fill with Cyano glue and use swirl polish as stated.

Or just play it. :D

As someone who owns two black Ovations purely by chance (I got them for their sound), I must say I have come to love black guitars. Yeah, they are hard to keep clean, but I think they look classy. This one is a beauty. Congrats and enjoy!

Nice guitar! FWIW, I never knew the ADII had the K-bar neck. For some reason, I thought they all had the Advanced Neck System. Learn somthing new everyday.

It's like having a black car. No matter what you do, there are scratches and swirl marks that would never show up on another color. Don;t worry about 'em ... play the crap outta that guitar and put some new marks of your own on it.

Good get.

I've got some sandpaper you can use to find the grain at the bridge. ;)

Beautiful guitar. Enjoy it!

Now you need a Tuxedo to go with the guitar.

Congrats!

Drill a 1/16" hole in the exact center of the saddle slot, then view from underneath with a mirror to see if the hole is exactly on the seam. If it's off a bit, maybe we have a widespread problem with these guitars that we should complain about. : )

You see, I´m worried.

Do you think this one on the center is properly aligned? I tried to measure it but couldn't decide where should the centerline be:
