Hmmm, O.K.

Hang in there Mike. We still have some December snow on the ground (not too much). I'm ready for summer.

Hello Mike,
Two inches of white fluffy dry snow overnight. The broom made short work of it. We usually get the wet heavy stuff in late March/early April up around here. I hope you are improving day by day. Take care and stay warm.
Jim.

Everyplace has it's price to pay.

Northeast you deal with shitty winters, Florida you deal with humidity, Southwest you deal with hot dry summers, California you deal with traffic, and Texas you deal with Texans.

That's life.

I was gonna write that in California you deal with liberals but Moddy would complain and I've already got my vacation plans for this year.

Basically when it comes to where you choose to live you look at all the negatives and decide which of them is the least depressing for you and you go with that one.

It's been nearly 35 years since SW VA has had a winter like this...I love it...reminds me of my youth...
Live with it? Well, short of moving to Islamorada, no other choice...however, about now, thinking of running a fishing guide service there sounds pretty nice....hmmmm

Mike I googled Islamorada, thanks for the education.
""Islamorada - Florida Keys Hotels, Resorts Dining and Things To Do Located at mile Marker 84.5. Pines & Palms Resort... Cozy, Clean, Classic Caribbean Cottages by the Sea in the heart of Islamorada. ...
fabulousvacations.com/islamorada.html ""
Myself I would never go there, just think of all that hot sand on the bottoms of your feet all day long. Who needs it.

I accept the few bad days of winter for the glorious spring/summer/fall.

Then you're one of the three dozen Canadians that don't make it down there!

Although no snow, this has been the 'worst' winter' in memory in the Sunshine State.

These are the "ski in the morning, golf in the afternoon" days for Boise. We get a lot of those, although I've only done it once. Supposed to be 60 here on Monday.

Hello Mark in Boise,
You have to be proud of Jeret Peterson and the way he performs.
