I am in Ft Myers, Florida and am wondering if anyone can recommend any good shops in the area to visit, preferrably with some vintage stock.

Thanks

Sent you a pm. Real guitars has mostly electrics with a few older Martins and such. There's also My Favorite Guitars in Naples. Small mostly internet dealer, but he has a huge inventory.

Beal, I really don't know. I just bought another Washburn 125th anniversary, a Yamaha silent string, and the UK II that Damon talked about. I might be up to around 7 or 8 this year so far.

Jonmark, Brents is still there. I've known Brent since around 1978 or so when he was in his first store on 41. We used to jam every Saturday all day there. Good times! Now he's got a huge store which is probably the one you're talking about. The acoustics are stacked so close together on the wall, they're all banged up from people taking them down and beating the crap out of them.

Brents doesn't have any vintage. TJ knows that area better than I do, but i had never heard of a huge assortment of vintage instruments anywhere down in s.w. Florida. Someone may have a few.....

TJ, that C-28 from Tenn was last year, as was the C18 and two CW28s. That's what amde me say ENUF!!
There is Merrill Woodbridge on order, this year, that if I like it I have to keep it so I won't be able to say 0 anymore, That may be a month away.
Enjoy the company.
