There is a good possiblity that I will be in the Syracuse area on September 9th and 10th, and thought it might be nice to have a gathering on that weekend. If anyone is interested, please PM me and maybe we can get something going! Michelle

Albany and Syracuse are right next to each other. Portland is 6 hours for me in the Honda, 432 miles. 300 miles round trip is a nice drive. Just drive faster.

I've also driven from here to San Diego without stopping except for gas. About 13 or 14 hours. It was a great trip until a Nevada deputy sheriff interrupted my solitude on the way back.

(Syracuse and Knoxville TN :p ) Michelle, Albany is 1 1/2 hours max for me. Why not have a Gathering there?? ;)

I am still planning on having a gathering that weekend of Sept. 10-12. Just don't know where it will be yet. Could be in the 'Cuse area (definitely not downtown!). Bob's suggestion of Albany is looking good, although Lake George and Woodstock could be fun. Any suggestions/help would gladly be appreciated! Michelle
