I'm not going to post this on any other guitar boards, btw. Good luck-- Dave King

I'm already on too many junk mail lists and I'd rather the guitar go to somebody who needs it more than I do. I do, however, need to pick up her new album. I love the stuff she does with loopers. It was watching her in Los Angeles that pushed me to buying a looper for myself, the very same model she used on her board.

This is also the same model I saw on Matt Smith's board a few years ago, and he showed me a few tricks on its use. I haven't used the built-in auto beat feature since.

I tried to enter this contest, and yes, I did read the rules. I could not enter this contest because....I AM CANADIAN! This could start 1) The War of 2010?, 2)okay, maybe a massive cross-border snowball fight, because we already went throught the hockey thing, and beat you guys, or 3)getting Canadians angry, instead of being polite. WOLVERINE IS CANADIAN! But then so is Neil Young. Ya win some, ya lose some. No fair, eh? Mike Seguin Ottawa, ON. CANADA

Joined: March 2010 Posts: 370 Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba CANADA | I entered by using the country drop-down to the right, but it didn't have a drop down for 'province' (to enter 'Manitoba'...), so I entered it as 'Winnipeg, North Dakota' (close enough, eh?). My mother once tried to order something from the USA over the phone and when asked where she wanted it shipped to... she said, "I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba...". The operator asked, "Where is that?". "Oh, it's north of North Dakota...", my mother said... to which the operator replied... "You must be mistaken, Maam... there is NOTHING north of North Dakota...", lol True... but sad, lol.

Joined: August 2002 Posts: 597 Location: Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA | Hi, Everyone! Mike Seguin(Junior Member #449) here. Thank you for the quick replies. I did manage to enter the contest, via New State, which closest to the province of Ontario,(last time I looked on a map, anyway.) To paraphrase Wolverine," Learn some geograghy, sometimes, willya!" And don't worry, Grif, you're a stand up guy in my books, because we mancave men have to stick together, right? Neil did a satire/mockumentary of himself,(who else?)shown on CBC/MuchMusisc some years back, and said the "town in North Ontario" was "Omeemee, north of Peterborough",(which is actually in SOUTHERN ONTARIO), because the host/interviewer kept asking him about whether the "town" was real or not. The look on the interviwers face was priceless. I never laughed so hard. Neil Young is an undercover comedian. SUDBURY ROCKS! Mike Seguin (Junior Member #449) Ottawa, ON.
