I'm just speculating, but Ovation probably started the speculation to get some sort of hype built up. As someone suggested, it better not be a bust like "IT" was with the Segway. Why not wait and see what's announced instead of speculating? Doubt if anybody's going to guess right anyway....

They would not announce a factory tour on Facebook, unless they wanted 1000 attendees. My guess would be that they will annouce the launch of a new modernized website. Fender has a great site and obviously knows how to throw money at it. Guilds site was recently redone and is also very nice. Ovation is long past due for the overhaul. Just my guess.

"Long past due" is one of the great understatements on this board when referring to the website. My guess would be that they will annouce the launch of a new modernized website. Still, as long as the announcement involves building more O's in New Hartford, I'll be plenty content.

Life's too short to waste it talking to people when you're busy doing other things. Life's too short to waste it watching some foolishness on TV. Life's too short to waste it talking to people you've never met on some websi...oh. Never mind.
