Great range, great bass voice, great singer of Russian folk songs (I really love Russian folk music). Funny thing: he was German! And, to add to his family story, his older brother claims -- credibly, apparently -- to have shot down Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (author of the French children's story "Le Petit Prince") in World War II. Joined: December 2006 Posts: 6994 Location: Jet City | I have a bad habit of putting a cd in the car and letting it run for a week before it gets changed. I just swapped out Brandi Carlile's "Give Up The Ghost" disc for Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds Live at Luther College. I think I had "Kiss My Axe" from Al DiMeola prior th Brandi. Either that or "Snakes and Arrows" from Rush, I can't remember for sure. | ||
