We have confirmed reports that the movers and shakers involved in the intense contract talks involving the proposed 2011 OFC Calender have reached an agreement!

If you're thinking about buying that 2011 Lady GaGa calendar... stop.
If you're thinking it's to late to send in a photo.... stop.
If you are ready to green-up for a great cause and the absolutely BEST guitar calendar on the planet... DON'T STOP!!
Now.. about this PayPal thing... If you send the payment as a GIFT, PayPal does not take out their $2 fee. So... send the payment as a GIFT and help all our efforts more worthwhile.
Pics... I am soooo sick and tired of preaching on an on about picture size. You guys know the drill by now. If the picture is to small it won't have a snowballs chance of being used no matter how cool it is.

Subverting the paypal system by lying is technically fraudulent; how much we rail over the international buyers who ask for a break on custom fees via sales price reductions and yet it's ok to just commit a "tiny" fraud?
Wouldn't it be better to just add the 3.5% fee to the price of the calendar on the front end? That way it's all nice and legal...
I get the feeling here that if no one knows it's OK?
I would rather pay the fee: upfront or included...

We are reminded time and again of how the Company is watching what goes on in these pages...and rightly so...

Edit: Seems like the "gift-option" is indeed not possible in Germany. I'll just send 31 Bucks to cover the fees. |

I sent $31 as a "purchase" just to be sure we're on the straight and narrow… PayPal can take their cut…
…although I'm not really sure it's "cheating" PayPal to send it as a "Gift." Especially if you consider the calendar as a free thank-you gift for donating to support the (not-for-profit) OFC…
