Many a wasted evening has involved Poles telling me "You'll really like this one". The beer is OK if there is no other beer available. If you are in that part of Eastern Europe (calling all German members with expansion plans) then Czech beer, sausage and borscht are way superior. No offence and Happy Birthday Alexander. I'm feeling brave - how old are you?

I tried some polish beer and well it is not good at all. I am rather partial to their apricot schnapps and there is this stuff called "spiritus" which is basically pure grain alcohol and that is not for the meek. if you get to philly I can turn you on to some good Kielbasa
