Location: Nashville TN. | I am not just sitting in with my old partner at the
Marion County Country Music Festival I am getting my own time slot. So my 15 minutes of fame has begun
and ironically is 15 minutes long. All I know is I'll be either the first act on "B" stage or last act on the "B" stage; on one of the days. I will know in the next day or so which day & slot is mine. Personally I hoping its first slot on Friday or Saturday. The last act on "B" stage is playing after "A" stages finishes.
So It would following on Thursday following Gretchen Wilson, Friday Skynard, Sat Sugerland.
I don't think I want to play after an act that is that much better than me.
Also there will be a bass player and drummer behind me who I have not met yet. (local to Marion, SC) I will be P-E-Z and the Dispensers.
Maybe I'll hurl so candy packs into the crowd.
NRBQ used to do that Moonpies.
I got so excited :) by the call; I forgot to pick up my new shotgun today. :D |

It was the biggest event I have ever played at.
Seeing my name on the T-shirts and being asked the autograph the shirts, was an amazing expirence.

The "B" stage had a live webcast.

I was told 14,000 computers on 5 continents were recieving the live stream my performace on June 13.
The man from Goinglive.tv said that likily means 18,000 to 20,000 people saw my set via the internet.
About a thousand saw it on site live along the pavillion.
