$600
Woody bet me that much saying you would be the first to bid and then T28.
I went with T28 bidding first and then you.
Well Woody, you win this one.
Should I send cash or will you take that 1537 I screwed up when I tried sanding the gloss off the neck?

I'm rooting for $2500 ... but then again I'm just an interested bystander, not the price police.

Besides the fact that this one is Lovely, I am thinking that there are at least 5 OFC'ers that have expressed an interest in this Vintage Collectible and Rare Ebay offering.

Sarcasm aside, they don't grow on trees and I finally have a model (ish) that is showing some appreciation for a change.

Like I said, the winner is the one that bids the highest and this looks to be a worthy prize.

Beware! Once you feel the Deacon body with 12 strings you will be changed for life!

Actually, I think Tony and I were just throwing out the first salvos to make it look respectable early. I already have a mint Deacon 12 and a near mint Preacher 12.

Noah, if I get it for my high bid, it is yours!

Design workstation for home (and hopefully to just do some rudimentary recording). Jeanette's machine at home is all the way up on the 2nd floor "office" and is a bit too . . . basic.

This one'll go down in my MusicRoom/dungeon and is a bit bigger/faster, etc. . .

For $2K+ I should hope so. Get the right software and you'll be filling it up with tracks in no time. :D

That's a nice machine. Did you go with a PCI express video card or the onboard?

Good. I usually build my own machines (less expensive, choose my own components), but I realize not everyone's into that. We use Dells pretty much exclusively at work, and they've proven to be pretty reliable. I've heard good things about that model.

Ok, I'm jumping in the mix on this. I really need to replace the one I reluctantly sold. I missed it from the time it got into the box to be shipped.
