Hi
I tried to buy adamas U681T on music.123 website, but it's impossible before june 30, there is not in stock, I regret that zcord sold his adamas, I should be happy to buy it, so, for those who want to buy one on music123, you have to wait, and me, I can't (because I'l leaving definitly Reunion island back to France at this time...). I'm a little sorry, I like this guitar (
Just another word. It could have the same problem with the adamas II black reissue...

Al, you wouldn't happen to have one of those ugly 12 fret thingys sitting around waiting to be bought, would you? Just out of (more that slight)curiosity, of course. :D

As one of Dave's testers, we (Dave and I) agree that you (Al) should ship it to my house first for prelimenary inspection and comparison!

Dave, I promise to give you a full and truthful comparison and send it off to you within the month!

Dave, is yours the one with Sears Green Goblin Latex paint?

Pretty sure Kim has figured out how to use the rollers on a textured top by now :D

Damn, these guys in the factory are really pissing me off. Can't they get anything right? I specifically ordered GLIDDEN Green Goblin Latex paint. Not SEARS. Looks like another U681 will be heading back for rework!

Al, you have no idea how close I came to giving you my credit card #. I'm hoping my GAS will subside by the time that "other" guitar arrives.

Not the green one (although it would match the color of my car).

Ebee, pull out the card and do it. Remember these are limited to 100 and will be sold out soon...not to mention the long wait times for other sites, IF they even get anymore in.

This is a great sounding guitar and will sell for a lot more in coming years.

Ebee,

Come down to San Diego this weekend with us for the Matt Smith Chop Shop. I'll let you play mine, then you can call Al (from my cell phone, comission pending) and buy it!!

My weekends are normally busy. I'm going to be stuck at my church pretty much all day Saturday. Have fun!!

Why is everyone tying to tempt me? What have I ever done to you? I thought I had just dodged a bullet. In all seriousness, if Al had one of those U681T's (man, does that just roll off the tongue) in stock I would definitely have given him a chunk of my ill begotten wealth.

I know the 12 fret is a great guitar (even though it's not quite like it's prototype) but I was originally planning to save up for the '06 Adamas. Problem is, I'm not very patient, and the collectibility factor of the 12 fretter is soooo enticing.

Please don't tell me to just get both, I'm a poor boy who's just under a month ago got another great guitar.

Now let's just think about this for a moment.

These are inanimate objects. They are things. They are not as important as the relationships or experiences we have.

We all know and understand this and can walk away from these idols any time we choose to.

Right?

Ebee, the u681t's will be gone in 3-4 months.

The '06 will be around 12-18 months from now, maybe much longer because I do not think it is a limited offering.

Think about it.

Well then.....no decision to be made.
All the u681t's will be gone by then.

Course you will probably be able to score a used one on ebay for $2200-2500. :D

You guys should count your blessings. My wife put me on a moratorium till fall, just because I bought 2 O's last Saturday. She didn't even find out about the second one till Sunday and I only spent $600 on both. I think 5 in the last 3 months after only 2 in 25 years overwhelmed her. Then there's the 3 amps, but they are all small and cheap.
