Anyone want to trade for a near-new Boss DR-5 Dr. Rythm section, complete with extra aftermarket manuals and power supply? Works like a four track recorder, you can program your drums, keyboards, bass, and one other instrument. The unit was $750Cdn new. I've only ever programmed one song on it. Just not my thing, I'd rather play with musicians than machines. My wish list includes an Ovation 12 string, Viper, Breadwinner/Preacher... but I'm open to offers. Anyone coming to the NW-OFC gathering, we could examine each others stuff and finalize there...

Works fantastic, but I couldn't read the PDA I was using it with in the airplane, so bought a dedicated GPS unit. I also might trade off two 1980's vintage directional mics I bought for recording. Almost never used and work great. One is a Shure the other an Electro-Voice. I will have to think about that a bit. Wouldn't mind one of the Boss units, but I do have a stomp box with some drums, plus my Roland XP-50 that I can sequence drums. Just what I need...one more piece of technology to learn....yikes.

With all that textured, uninterupted gray real estate, a person could get really creative. Suppose I should think about whether I am keeping it or not first, huh. Oh...I MAY (emphasis) part with my W597 while there unless I decide to part with the 2080,,,,, On the funny side, however, as I mentioned in another post, I just bought my wife a new car. Today on the phone, I was talking about the Sunday service and she asked what I was going to do with the 2080 (she likes it over the 597, I am mixed). I said the jury was still out and I just haven't decided yet. She says " I guess maybe I understand now why guys have more than one guitar". I am not sure if that meant our indecision, or due to the uniqueness of each instrument, but I will assume the latter for the time being.

Active electronics, rounded body corners in a traditional strat type body. I may have to leave something else if there is any interest in it, so let me know early as I have to leave on Thursday and will be in PDX on working on Friday.

I'm not too too picky, but a case would be nice too... I feel a little handicapped around here, not knowing the guitars by their model # and nicknames... For 20 years I didn't even know I owned a Thunderhead, I jsut called it 'that Ovation semi-accoustic.' More info on the Dr-5 Dr. Rythm

I just received a very nice TKL Premiere electric guitar case which, unfortunately doesn't quite fit the Celebrity GTX-23 I also have. Kinda like a strat gitter, and an LP garage. It does say Ovation on the case, so I'm thinkin' it may be for a Preacher, or something shaped like a Les Paul. It's 10 1/2" in the top bout, and 14" in the bottom bout. 41" end-to-end, inside. 2 1/2" deep, and 1" in the top. 21 1/2" from bottom to neck block. So, if anybody's needin' a case like this, I'll pack it down to the festivities. Post here, or slip me a PM. Cheers, Chris And, fillhixx, I JUST got my '76 Pacemaker & case. Actually, my second one. Sold SixOhSix, my rebuilt 1115-1, to one of the OFC brethren last year, and kicked myself for doin' it!!

The Applause needs to go cheap so that I can make room for the Balladeer 12 string. My connection at the local GC is leaving to go to work for Taylor in San Diego and is willing to make me a deal on whatever I want, but he leaves on Monday and the Balladeer is the only thing they have that I'm somewhat interested in.
