Shut your eyes and listen closely . . . sounds a bit like an unpolished Shirley Temple. Thanks for the link.

it's not just her singing that is captivating. it's her personality and the way she looks up at the camera that displays a certain maturity and confidence.

How bout how she handles those jazzy barr chords?

She's got the talent of one of those "Star Search" wannabe type kids without the creepiness.

After seeing that one (I got Rhythm) and refering back to my poll about our playing ability, I need to revise my original check mark to: I can't play at all!!! Damn she's good!

You know, I was feeling a bit down today from a series of unfortunate events, and that just turned my whole day around. She is just awesome. :)

Just to bring a down note to this twisted thread...
....isn't she playing an Applesauce?

The second to last thing the world needs.

And, to answer Omahas opening question,

if you catch a few more of her videos, she graduates to a nice looking ibanez guitar that she apparently got for her tenth birthday in october. no...i'm not stalking her, just following her progression. she is definitely intuitive musically and we shall probably hear more from her a few years down the road. besides, i have a couple promising young female singers in my home and i'm looking for all the inspiration possible.
