Location: Boise, Idaho | Check out the bookstores. I got one from Barnes and Noble a couple years ago while I was killing time waiting for the women to shop. It was the only copy they had, but I'd bet they could do a search and see if they have any sitting in one of their stores somewhere. |

Location: Ohio | I'm new here but looking for the book as well. I bid on the one on eBay, but lost at the last minute (no hard feelings!).
Wasn't this original published as a hardback? Assume finding one of those is near impossible, since I've only seen a handful of the trade paperback available.
Anyway, if anyone wants to sell a copy, let me know. |
