(you could even hold on to the book for me until i send you the money.)

Thanks for the heads up CrimsonLake. This will go good with the O's. Maybe the wife will start to get the G.A.S after some fine reading.

Thanks again,

Jim

Check out the bookstores. I got one from Barnes and Noble a couple years ago while I was killing time waiting for the women to shop. It was the only copy they had, but I'd bet they could do a search and see if they have any sitting in one of their stores somewhere.

Lanaki - yes. I will keep my eyes open for a copy. They do come across often enough.

I'm new here but looking for the book as well. I bid on the one on eBay, but lost at the last minute (no hard feelings!).

Wasn't this original published as a hardback? Assume finding one of those is near impossible, since I've only seen a handful of the trade paperback available.

Anyway, if anyone wants to sell a copy, let me know.

Everyone: here is a web address that has these in stock; I just ordered one for me: www.musicforte.com
Free shipping and only tax added: final price w/tax and free shipping was $23.87.
Very difficult to find: I located this from a google search.
