These are great guitars! I've got a buddy I used to play with (he's in Kansas City) who has one so I've sat across from one of these a lot. Beautiful tone. At $800, John's practically giving it away.....

Just a little reorganizing. I love this guitar's looks, sound and playability, but I really prefer a cutaway for my style of playing.
I'll be in the market for an LX 12. There's a 6758T (12 string EliteT) on Ebay. I'd love that, but it's in Oz.

Check a 6756LX if you can find one...I think there's one on ebay right now.

Yup, right here.

Beautiful guitar, and at that price it is a steal.

Shhhh! That's the one I've got my eye on!

Although this one is very cool, the shipping is a deal killer....

John, I'm pretty certain that I'll be driving right by Rancho Cucamonga on Monday. Want me to take a look?

Paul, if you have the time and it's still available, that'd be great.
I'm a little wary, just because he claims to have bought it new only 6 weeks ago, and is willing to let it go so cheap.

I think it would be so cool to be able to say you lived someplace called 'Rancho Cucamonga'.

Thanks, Paul. I was just about to do that. I'll wait and see what you find out.

Haven't played a similar model to the LX on eBay, did notice that it comes with the 8158 case, believe it was to come with the 9158.

As to the 1759-I started with a 1158 (slothead, acoustic), current are two 1658's (CL, slothead, a/e), 1659 CL, and 6759 CL.

The deep bowl Custom Legend 12-string is a great guitar. With the Optima, great combination. IMHO, best overall wood top 12-string out there.

It was Bugs Bunny (that other waskawwy wabbit) who made Rancho Cucamonga famous.

I don't know about the T, but the 6756LX really rings and is very easy to play. I don't believe I would give mine up. By the way, Al sent mine with an 8158 case. I wouldn't worry unless it was hit by a bus.

I'm also strongly considering the 6758 LX12.
Nice demo, Matt!

Totally agree, Tony, though mine's a C759LX...still the easiest 12'er to play that I've ever had my hands on.

Good luck, John (I'll be quiet now).

John, if price is not a problem, this is the way to go I believe: OP-Pro and flush inlaid Epaulets with a killer SB...Man, what a nice guitar! If i didn't have my two 1758's; my 1966 Fender Villager, and my 1988 Taylor W-65 12 I'd be tempted to get your 1759: here is the one I use to own:
It was a great guitar...one of the few I have regretted selling...
Best wishes with your sale: someone should jump on this as its a great instrument!

Blessings...

GC was having a blow-out sale on these 4 months ago at about that price. I posted about it.

Looks like no one here needs one right now, so this will be going to Ebay Sunday night.
