Long story short I got it to help out a friend and don`t need it since I have a 0001. Hate to say it but it sounds and plays about as good as my 0001. I can`t do pics right now but the guitar looks like its never been played, not a mark or ding anywhere. Comes with hard gig bag. Got anything to trade?

I have a 000X1 also. A good guitar for the money.

I put a K & K pure western mini in mine. Plugged in it also has a great sound.

Trader Jim, You need to think about this one. :D

No way, I don't want any plastic sided guita.....wait....sorry. ;)

On a serious note, I have played Mikes, and it is a fantastic bargain in it's price range. Has the Martin sound at 1/3 the price.

TJ,

Dave got it. He is a little faster than me this morning. I guess I'm still on Las Vegas time. But so is Dave.

My friend's plays and sounds wonderful, I'm just suspect on the quality of the build. He sent this to me on Monday...

"Hey my martin started to split below the saddle, which is starting to pull up"

It could be he's not taking proper care as well. He's in AZ. Pretty dry there.

I usually leave mine float in the pool for about an hour, just to moisten it up a bit. :D

Put new strings on it this morning, they had never been changed. Sounds a lot better and it already sounded good. The top seems to be holding up fine and is not a bad piece of spruce for a guitar in this price range. Jim, do you need this guitar???
