How can the second (and only other) bidder have jacked it to $1600? Even if the second bidder put in $1600 as his maximum, wouldn't the high bid currently only be at listed as $1005. ???

The reserve was $1,600 and the second bidder put in at least that much for his high bid, so it automatically went to the reserve amount. If the second bidder's high bid was less than the reserve, then it would only be showing $1,005.
