Selling my 1885 shallow bowl Adamas 12 string. Asking 1,450.00 free ship. I would prefer to selling in the US. Bought a brand new ovation shallow bowl case for her. The old one had it's problems. Beautiful guitar and rare color. PM if interested

Now this might seem like a silly question but...

Would it play like a regular 6 string then?

It's amazing how much sound, tone and volume come out of those SSB 12ers. If I had cash I would grab this in a heartbeat. Somebody here should - it's a great guitar. Nice price too!

It would play like a wideneck 6 string and being an SSB it would work but the top is really set up for more tension.

plus, you'd have an extra set of tuners just in case.

Now THAT'S a good-looking Adamas!!!!!!

I wouldn't think twice if I had the money, and I don't care for the looks of most Adamii. But...REALLY......(burble).....

The color on this one is rare, but very nice. It certainly would look good next to my black 1881. But I'm not selling the 1881--it's the only guitar I have. I don't want a 12 as my only guitar.

Best of luck with the sale of that beauty!!

Love to have one of those in an original Adamas color.
That one's a show-biz guitar! ;) ..

Phenomenal instrument. I would definitely trade my ME 12 for it!

I had the 1885 in Black... 928S has it now..I think

these may be a shallow bowls, but the textured top does make up some of the difference on these.

very nice 12 string... and the natural neck is awesome...

That looks a similar colour to my Adamas 1 proto that I'll see in the flesh in 8 weeks :)

As tempted as I am to fondle it, I'm leaving it in the case. I only have the pictures to comfort me... :D
